Abstract
An extraction and clean - up protocol for the determination of malachite green and its metabolites in aquatic products has been developed. Final determination is by HPLC with visible (screening) or HPLC-TOF (confirmation) detection. Lead(Ⅳ) oxide was on-line to oxidise the leucomalachite green back to the parent after chromatographic separation and prior to detection. The procedure was validated down to 2μg/kg. The recoveries were in the range of 85.5%-90.0% and the RSD of 6.0%-7.3%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
