Abstract
A method for the determination of malachite green in aquatic products was developed by LC-MSMS with self-prepared D12-malachite green as internal standard.In this paper,samples were extracted with acetonitrile and chromatographic separation was carried out using a Hypersil GOLDTMC18analysis column(50×3.0mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-acetate buffer(80∶20,V/V).The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive mode using SRM.The limit of detection was 0.5μg/mL and the linear range was obtained from 5to 500ng/mL.The recoveries were between 90.78%~99.08%,and RSD values were between 1.2%~3.0%.
