Abstract
In some banners and counties of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in recent years the ecological environment has been improved and the comprehensive effect has been made greatly after implementing the project of regressing arable land to forestry and grass,but we still should offer some effective strategies and suggestions to solve some urgently problems still existing.
