The existent problems and countermeasures of arable land protection

Abstract
The most rigid rules of land administration are implemented in our country,but decrease of arable land at high rates has not yet been put an end in recent years,and overall quality of arable land tends to decline.Based on analysis of the current situation of farmland use and the implementation of law and regulations about land administration,the present problems in arable land protection are summarized,and it is proposed that to encourage farmers protecting arable land by further improvement of land administration system,so as to realize the sustainable utilization of arable land.
