Barriers to Applying Electronic Signature and Solutions

Since Electronic Signature Law was implemented in 2004,the on-line transaction developed rapidly.However,the application of electronic signature still has many barriers.This article emphatically analyzed each kind of barrier which influences electronic signature.Improving the technology,issuing necessary law and strengthening the credit system may be the solutions to promoting the use of electronic signature and safeguard the security of on-line transaction.
