Abstract

To investigate heavy metal contamination status of vegetable base soil in suburb of Baiyin city, the experiment surveyed the soil of four vegetable bases,Dabatan,Shuichuan,Silong and Baiwan. The collected soil and vegetable samples were processed using three acid digestion and microwave digestion methods, and then the contents of Cd,Pb,Zn,Cr and Cu were tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.According to the soil environment baseline in HJ3332006,national soil environmental quality standard GB156181995 and soil heavy metal pollution accumulation index, the pollution of heavy metal Cd was serious in Dabatan vegetable base soil, not suitable for development of vegetable growing, but the degree of heavy metal contamination in other areas was safe, and the pollution level was clean, suitable for development of vegetable growing.
