Abstract
In this paper, the authors put forward their innovative thoughts: the innovations in viewpoints of quality management, in strategies and tactics of quality management, in management thoughts and knowledge, in talents for management, in management standard and control, and finally in technology for quality management as well as enhancement of nursing development. Aiming at the contents of innovations, they have taken corresponding measures: (1) control at every level complying with quality management laws; (2)key control with ideology taking lead; (3)reasonable control in implementing quality standards; (4)unified control by executing standardized management; (5 )dynamic control by establishing check procedure; (6)on-the-spot control by regularly inspecting at the departments; (7)feedback control by timely evaluation. In this way, the nursing quality management was systemized in order to meet the need of modern nursing.
