Application of the 8 quality management principles in teaching quality management

Abstract
The 8 quality management principles are not only the fundamental for establishment and implementation of ISO9000, but also the necessary for management in industry, education, government department and service industry etc. Teaching quality management is a key content of teaching management. The 8 quality management principles thus provide a mode for construction of a basic quality management system so as to improve university teaching quality.
