Study of Clinic Nursing Pathway on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

Objective To investigate clinic nursing pathway(CNP) in acute myocardial infarction.Methods Seventy-four patients were divided randomly into two groups.CNP was applied to experiment group(n=38) and general treatment and nursing were applied to contrast group(n=36).Days in hospital,knowledge of health,satisfaction and rate of complications are compared between two groups.Results knowledge of health and satisfaction are better than those in contrast group.But days in hospital and rate of complications in experiment group are less than that in contrast group.Conclusion Clinic nursing pathway can increase nursing quality and make patient more satisfied.
