Abstract
The employment difficulty of the students of normal universities and colleges lies in many factors such as idea of cultivation,idea of employment and social knowledge.Thereby,students themselves should lay a solid foundation in specialized knowledge and theory,and improve technical skills in practice,and be supplied with more opportunities and guidance in employment so as to realize mutual promotion in study and in employment.
