Research on the Operating Mechanism of City Community:Taking X Community of Xiaogan City of Hubei Province as an Example

With the development of the contradiction between the government and the community,the operating mechanism of city community is restricted by three factors which include people of the community,capital,and things,mainly for the lack of professionals,limited sources of funding,and severe service administrative tendency. In order to promote the benign operation of the community,community construction must from the perspective of the relation between government and community strengthen the team construction of the professional community workers,and broaden community funding sources,clear responsibility of government and community service to construct the benign interaction mechanism of both sides and promote the benign operation of the community.
