Some thinking about our country's city community management

City community management is the foundation of our country's city construction.For the last more than ten years,our country's city community construction acquired some achievements,but there were many problems,such as management idea was dated,administrative action was severe,management mechanism was behindhand,self-goveroning ability of city community was weak,power was lacking and so on.So,should change idea,reform current city community management mechanism,normalize city community management.
