Comments on Construction of Autonomy System of City Community Residents in Hebei Province

The construction of autonomy system of urban community residents has become an important issue both in practice and theory.Based on the relations among community residents,cooperation mode of different kinds of group and the location of government in community resident self-government,this paper points out that the relations among city community residents are getting more and more complicated,and it requires new system to guide and conform the relations;there's no regular cooperation pattern among different kinds of elite groups,that demands new institution to brood new pattern;the relation between government and community autonomy organizations is vague,and present system can't sort out the relation.So we must optimize the inside community environment and brood new cooperation pattern by new system in prder to meet the needs of the construction of urban community residents' autonony system.
