Abstract
The solenoid valve of electronic controlled injector for high pressure common rail fuel injection system was developed and studied. Through analyzing typical solenoid valve structure, the plat solenoid valve was developed. Based on the established mathematical model, the structure parameters and controlling parameters were analyzed. The experiment results show that the mathematical model and analyzing results are correct. The response time of the developed solenoid valve reaches 0389 ms?
