Abstract
Effects of electromagnetic materials and coil structure on high-speed,powerful solenoid valves were studied.The characteristics of solenoid were calculated and analyzed by using the finite element method.The results show that decreasing the driving voltage,primitive cavity,pre-tightness force of spring,and the mass of mobile elements can improve the performance of solenoid.
