Abstract
This paper discusses and analyzes a few translation theories by Peter Newmark.The author brings forth some approaches to the application of these theories.This paper points out that translation is a process in which one form of language culture transfers to the other.The translators are required to have a deep cultural awareness in dealing with the version so as to achieve the effectiveness of translation.
