Abstract
The paper mainly concerned with the extraction of soybean isoflavones from soybean dregs using alcohol as solvent.The results showed that ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,refluxing time and the ratio of solid to liquid had effects on the extraction of soybean isoflavones in soybean dregs.The extraction technologies of soybean isoflavones from soybean dregs were as follows: 80% ethanol concentration,extraction temperature was 60~70 ℃,refluxing time was 3~4 h,and the solid to liquid ratio was between 1∶12 and 1∶16.
