Abstract

The optimum extraction conditions of isoflavones from soybean residue were researched by using orthogonal design. The optimum is the alcohol concentration 80%,the temperature 70℃,the extraction time 3 hours and the ratio of material to solvent 1∶12,and the yield is 8.95 mg/10g under the optimum conditions. The primary factor of this extraction is the alcohol concentration, while the least one is the extraction time.
