Abstract
In this paper, the authors briefly discussed transgenic animals' concept, ways of production, its application field, and analyzed the differences between transgenic animals and clone animals. Moreover, the development and prospect of transgenic animals' technology were reviewed, the actuality of research, development and application of transgenic animals were summarized in biopharmaceutical, the development prospect and influence of transgenic animals pharmacy were also maked expectation, basing on the research condition and application of transgenic animals pharmacy in the world.
