Abstract
OBJECTIVE To extract the primary compositions of magnolia bark by SFE. METHODS The magnolol and honokiol were determined by HPCE. RESULTS The extraxtion coefficient was 1.83% and 1.73%. The amounts of magnolol and honokiol in the extract were 34.68% and 32.91% respectively.CONCLUSIONS SFE in extraction of the primary compositions of magnolia bark was a simple way.
