Six-sigma Management Used in Power Supply Service

Abstract

The theory of six-sigma(6σ) management and its application status in enterprises in China and abroad are described.The feasibility and necessity of applying 6σ theory to power grid enterprises in China are analyzed.Ideas and process of 6σ management in power supply service of power grid enterprises are put forward,and the efficiency of the method in improving power supply service is illustrated with examples.
