The core links of the materials management in power supply enterprises and control

Material management is one of the important content of the daily management of power supply enterprises and the commonly measures of it's operation and management,and it can reduce material resources energy consumption through coordinating the planning,purchasing,using and other links,so as to play various of distributing power,creating revenue and guiding production.This paper introduces the function of the materials management in power supply enterprises,discusses the core link of the materials management in power supply enterprises in new period,and proposes the main methods of electric power material management and control,hopes to help the follow-up study.
