Abstract
Fine electric power supply service is very important for power supply enterprises to win competitive advantages.How to evaluate electric power supply service and improve it based on the evaluation result? It is a practical problem that enterprises have to face.This paper analyses the procedure of electric power supply service based on the service blueprint theory to design an electric power supply service internal evaluation index system and constructs electric power supply service internal evaluation model on the basis.In the end the authors present the way to evaluate the service in combination with recorded data and give some measures for improvement.
