Abstract
The Third Party Logistics (3PL) is the logistics operating method which depends on the third party to finish the logistics service. Because that the third party logistics can lessen the logistics burden for the enterprises, reduce the logistics costs, raise the service level, strengthen the nucleus competitive power of the enterprises, and also because it can make the logistics professional, systemic and efficient, so the third party logistics is widely welcomed by the enterprises and becomes a focus in the logistics field. It is necessary for our economy to overcome the difficulties to develop the third party logistics.
