With fast development of national economy, demand for the third party logistics is largely increased. This paper firstly definite the scope and characteristics of the medium-sized third party logistics service providers. On the base of it, this paper analyzes the status in quo and current existing problems of medium-sized third party logistics service providers. And finally it puts forwards some approaches for the medium-sized third party logistics service providers to develop advanced third party logistics service.
