Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Radiation Pneumonia

Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of integrated chinese and western medicine in the treatment of radiation pneumonia.Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases for the control group and 21 cases for treatment group.The control group were treated with hormones and antibiotics,and the treated group were treated with hormones,antibiotics and decoction of chinese medicine.To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups after 4 weeks.Results:Total effective rate is 85.7% with treatment group and 61.9% with control group,there are significantly different between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:There are good clinical efficacy on radiation pneumonia treated by integrated chinese and western medicine,and it is worthy to be popularized.
