Abstract

An Aspergillus ficuum strain producing β-glucosidase was obtained after the treatment of UV,NTG and Co~ 60 ,and the enzyme activity was increased. The culture medium and fermentation conditions were also optimized, and the productivity of the mutant N-9 in liquid state fermentation was increased by 2.1 fold, with the activity of 8.5U/mL.
