Abstract
The Aspergillus niger mutant strain was been selected by alternative treating Aspergillus niger with UV, EDS and 60Co. The enzymeactivityofβ-glucosidase fromfermentation ofthe mutant was heightened compared with the original. Further more the fermentation conditions forthe mutant were optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments. Under the optimal condition, the enzyme activity of β-glucosidaseattained 169.2 U/ml.
