Abstract
Power order is the usual regulation of power. In order to understand power order, we must research the relation between power resource and power relations. The history of development of power order in social, which is the development history of artificial power order transfer to law power order.Law power order is based on constitution and abide by common ethics rules. Present-day's power order of China transfers from concentrated power to separated power, and becomes to democracy and rule of law.
