Rule of Law in China about Configuration and Operation of Power

In the rule of law,there are limits in the exercise of power.To the standard of the existing form of power,it can be subdivided into the original power,the law power and the actual power.But the real power runs often beyond its statutory boundaries,and showsthe power becomes sector,departments power becomes interests,and departmental interests becomes legal.Power of alienation not only seriously damages the party's image and credibility of the Government,but also creates a great challenge on social justice and social harmony.Power configuration scientific,exercise of power standardized and power-based running programmed,become the central link in modern law power system.
