Abstract
A complex coacervation method was used to prepare aspirin microcapsule using chitosan and Gum-arabic as the wall materials. The orthogonal experimental design using the standard of drug encapsulation was applied to optimize the preparation procedure of the microcapsules. The result show that pH=4.5C,(chitosan)=0.6%,v=200r·min~(-1),T=60℃ are the best technology. The vitro release of the microcapsules indicate that these microcapsules may prove better sustained release of drugs.
