Questions and Proposals on the Criteria of National Compensation

To coordinate national compensation with civil damages, to resolve the hard problem of the amount of money of national compensation is less than civil damages, this article thinks that the following principles should be focused on: principle of complete compensation, principle of realizing the function of compensation wholly, principle of human being oriented. The following proposals should be focused on: firstly, to extent compensation scope; secondly, to abolish the limit of the most amount; thirdly, to complete direct damages and reasonable indirect damages; forth, to add to mental damages and punitive damages; lastly, to raise the amount of compensation for personal injury.
