Abstract

Objective:To study the characteristics and mechanism of cardiac enzymes of acute cerebral hemorrhage (CH). Methods:Aspartate transaminase (AST),creatine kinase (CK), phosphocreatine kinase (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were determined in 70 patients with CH within 48 h and compared with normal control group. The cardiac enzymes of CH group and control group, consciousness disturbance group and consciousness group were compared. Results:The cardiac enzymes of CH were higher than those of the control group (P0.05). Compared with consciousness group, the cardiac enzymes were significant increased in consciousness disturbance group(P0.05). Conclusion:The cardiac enzymes are greatly increased in CH. And the serum cardiac enzymes can be helpful to determine the severity and prognosis of CH.
