Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of serum hs-CRP(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein),CK-MB(creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme MB),CK(creatine kinase),LDH(lactate dehydrogenase) and AST(aspartate amino transferenzyme) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(PHD).Methods The levels of serums hs-CRP and serum cardiac enzymes were measured in 95 patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage,60 patients with pulmonary heart disease at remission stage and 30 healthy people before and after the treatment. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and serum cardiac enzymes were significantly higher in the PHD patients than in the healthy people, and the levels were obviously higher in the acute exacerbation group than in the remission group(P 0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP and serum cardiac enzymes showed a significant difference before and after the treatment in the acute exacerbation group(P 0.05),and the levels were significantly higher in the death group than in the survival group(P 0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum hs-CRP and serum cardiac enzymes can be used as an effective indicator in the prognosis and therapeutic evaluation of patients with pulmonary heart disease.
