Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulating effects of microecological preparation to the intestinal microflora in patients with hepatic carcinoma interventional treatment. Methods 56 patients with hepatic carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former were treated with Bifico and routine measures and the latter only with routine measures. Then serum endotoxin, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were measured in pre-and post-operation.Results Compared with preoperation, there was difference ALT and AST level in patients of treatment group(P0.05),while ALT and AST level increased significantly in patients of control group(P0.01).There was no difference in serum endotoxin level in patients of treatment group(P0.05),while serum endotoxin level increased in patients of control group(P0.05).Serum endotoxin,ALT and AST decreased in patients of treatment group compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusions Microecological preparation can decrease the level of serum endotoxin, increase liver function, reduce the complications of TACE,promote the recovery of the generate state in patients with hepatic carcinoma after TACE.
