Abstract
In this paper,27 polymorphic primers were used to amplify the genome DNA of 15 Guizhou black goats. After the amplification,258 bands were found,and the polymorphic bands were 119 with the frequency of 0~77.78%(mean 46.12%). Band number was between 4 and 14(mean 9.56), and the fragment length of products was between 230 bp and 2800 bp in every primer. The genetic similarity index among individuals were calculated by Nei., it was 0.9156. The results displayed that Guizhou block goats'genetic variation was higher and the genetic construction among the individuals was abundant.
