On Construction of Part-Time Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges ——A Case Study on a Higher Vocational College

Higher vocational education features that part-time teachers are an essential part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,whose level and quality are directly related to the quality of higher vocational education.By means of questionnaire,the paper surveys the present situation as well as the existing problems of part-time teachers in a higher vocational college.corresponding countermeasures are proposed directing at the problems in the expectation to provide references for a healthy and sustainable development of part-time teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges.
