Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 3-nitropropionic acidpreconditioning on i schemia-reperfusion injury of skeletal muscle in ratlimbs. Methods:Ischemi a reperfusion the hind limb was set up,and 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups:Sham group,Ischemia reperfusion control group and 3-NPA group. The degree of muscle damage was measured by changes of MDA,CPK,LDH in plasma and the microstructure of gastrocnemius muscle were observed.Result:The degree ofplasma MDA,CPK,LDH in control group and themicrostructure of gastrocnemius muscle in 3-NPA group was Significantly improved compared with control group.Conclusion:3-nitropropionic acid preconditioning has a protective effect on the skeletal muscle isdlemiareperfus injury.
