Abstract
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating dental ulcer.Method: All 108 cases were randomly assigned into group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and group of western medicine.Group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were administered with oral herbal decoction,vitamin B12,vitamin B2 and gentamicin for external use,western medicine group received oral levamisole and hydrogen dioxide solution for external application.Result: Total effective rate of group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was 92.59%,superior to 77.78% of western medicine group significantly(P0.05);Number of healing cases within three days for group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was more than western medicine group(P0.01),healing days for group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was less than western medicine group(P0.01).Conclusion: Treating dental ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can gain definite curative effects.
