Abstract
Objective To investigate the 24 h ambulatory blood pressure pattern in diabetic nephropathy and the corelation with uric protein. Methods Patients in different stages of diabetic nephropathy were included in the study and a normal group was set to be the contrast. A 24 h ambulatory blood press was recorded by the monitor in every subject. The blood press parameters were analysed and compared between different groups. Results The loss of a fall in blood pressure and non-dippers phenomenon was more prevalent in diabetic subjects, and the non-dippers was corelative to uric protein. Conclusion The abnomal blood pressure pattern is a early mark and cause of diabetic nephropathy.
