Characteristic of ambulatory blood pressure in diabetic nephropathy patients and the correlation with uric protein

Objective To study the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure and the correlation with uric protein.Methods Patients in different stages of diabetic nephropathy were enrolled into the study and a normal group was set to be the contrast.A 24h ambulatory blood press was recorded by the monitor in every subject.The blood press parameters were analysed and compared between differet groups.Results The blood pressures in patients with early diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher compared with the control group,and the percentage of average pulse pressure went down,and the percentage of average which pulse pressure went down was correlative to uric protein.Conclusion The patients with early diabetic nephropathy has abnormal rhythm in blood pressure round the clock,and microalbuminuria is related to higher blood pressure.
