Abstract

Search of Supernatural and Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio are Chinese phantom classical novels.They represent the highest achievements of classical Chinese novel in the Six Dynasties and Qing Dynasty.Strange Stories from a Chinese Studiois a new development based on Search of Supernatural.It absorbs the characteristics of the Tang legend and creates the legendary ghost stories.As a result,the ideological contents and artistic achievements make a qualitative leap.
