Abstract
To observe the chronic toxicity in experimental animals treated with Fufanghuangqi Capsula,to provide the scientific basis for its clinical usage and to ensure it is used safely.The chronic toxicity experiments were performed on high dosage group 5 g/kg,middle dosage group 3 g/kg and low dosage group 1 g/kg,one daily for 12 weeks,for 2 weeks of stopping adiministration The rat weights,the indexes of hemotology and biochemistry were determined,and the pathological examination were carried out.The indexes have no significant difference by comparing with control group,the pathological examination was not discovered significant pathological changes with relation of drug toxicity and the delayed toxicity reaction in stopping adiministration later.[Conclusion]The Fufanghuangqi Capsula has no significant toxicity for long-term adiministration in rats, and infers that the drawing up doses in clinic will be safe.
