Present situation and development measure for human capital of professional athletes in China

Abstract
With the cultural heritage data method and logics,it analyzes the capital content and its present situation.It carries on the traditional socialism economics in athlete's human capital concept and the scope,removes slights and ignores of the human capital investment in the practice.Some advices are raised to enlarge the education and health investment,set up positive operation mechanism and perfect law system.
