Abstract
[Objective] To examine the effect of urokinase venous streptokinase in treating acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] 32 cases of myocardial infarction were given both regular treatment and intravenous drip with 11.5 thousand urokinase. The remission of chest pain was detected in 2h. EKG was recorded every 30 minutes, and DK and CK - MB was detected every 2h within 24 h. [ Results ] 22 cases were unblocked coronary thrombus, which was 68.8% of the total. 10 cases, five of whom were found bleeding in the penetrated parts and five died. [Conclusion] Urokinase venous streptokinase is found to be effective and reliable. It is worthy of introducing clinically with low side - effect rate.
