Clinical Study on urokinase on patients with acute myocardium infarction

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of intravenous injection urokinase on patients with acute myocarchum infarction. Methods 40 Patients of Acute Myocardial Infarction were under regular treatment and at the salne time give intravenous drip of 100-150 m u Urokinase. Observe the patients relieving condition of thoracalgiain 2 hours,one ECG every 30 minutes in 2 hours and check CK/CKMB1every 2 hour in 24 hrs. Results 29 casesof the 40 patients were in accordance with revascularization and its rate reach 72. 5% . 8cases with skin mucous tunic. gingival bleeding happened and puncture point bleeding, 3cases dead for failure of coronary circulation. Conclusion Intravenous injection urokinase on patients with acute myocardium infarction is evident effective and high safe,it may be general-ized in substrate hospital.
