Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of early rehabilitation and psychological intervention on the post stroke depression(PSD).Methods 188 cases patients with PSD were randomly divided into intervention group(92 patients) and control group(96 patients).Control group were given routine early rehabilitation, intervention group were treated with early rehabilitation and psychological intervention.Compared the hamilton depression scale(HAMD),U.S.national institutes of health stroke scores(NIHSS) after treatment for 2、4、8 weeks and the depression incidence rate after treatment for 4、8 weeks of 2 groups. Results The depression incidence rate after treatment for 4、8 weeks of intervention group were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05 or P 0.01) ;the HAMD and NIHSS after treatment for 4、8 weeks of intervention group were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilitation and psychological intervention can reduce the depression incidence rate, improve the prognosis of patients with PSD,and worthy of clinical application.
