Abstract
Objective: To observe the treating effect of Retained Enema and Moxibustion In the TCM.Methods:68 patients were divided randomly into two groups,namely,treating group and contrasting group.34 cases in the treating group were treated with Retained Enema and Moxibustion,while 34 cases in the contrasting group treated by the WM therapy only.Time was 30 days for each group.Results: The effective rate of treating group was 94.1% and that of control group 76.5%.Conclusion: Retained Enema of TCM could effectively improve the IBS patient symptom such as Abdominal pain,Diarrhoea,Constipation etc,which was significant better than the WM group.
