Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dinoprostone in the labor induction of full-term pregnancy. Methods 110 cases of primipara with obvious indications of labor induction were selected and divided into the observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group according to random number table. The observation group were given the dinoprostone, the control group were given oxytocin. The cervical Bishop score, delivery conditions and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The cervical Bishop scores of observation group were significantly higher than the control group at 6 h after drug using, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the total effective rate of cervical ripening in the observation group was higher than the control group(96.36% vs 78.18%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);the cesarean delivery, labor time and the total delivery process of observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);the adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to oxytocin, dinoprostone is better to promote cervical ripening and improve the labor conditions for labor induction in full-term pregnancy, and has no adverse effects on maternal and infant, thus is worthy of clinical application.
