Clinical efficacy of dinoprostone in labor induction in late pregnancy

Objective To analyze the application and effect of dinoprostone in late pregnancy labor induction.Methods Eighty cases of late pregnancy labor induction treated in our hospital from December 2011 to March 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with dinoprostone in labor induction,and the control group was given oxytocin.Two groups of patients were compared with induced abortion ef fect.Results The cervical ripening score,the success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,medication to clinical time,cesarean section rate were significantly less than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone is helpful for promoting cervical ripening in late pregnancy patients,can increase the success rate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
